How do I sign up?

Simply click the link below and sign up to our booking app B Sport. You can download the B Sport app and purchase your membership/ package and book in for you session: 

What membership should I start with?

If you are unsure we recommend booking in for a consultation call to discuss your goals & experiences in order to identify the best membership to achieve your goals. We have a 28 day trial for both our Small Group Personal Training and our Large Group Training.

Do you offer PAYG?

We offer payg on our Hyrox workout only. These can be purchased via our B Sport Booking app. We also offer a pack of 10 sessions.

Do Large Group Training memberships include Small Group Personal Training sessions?

No Large Group Training memberships only include the Large Group Training sessions. Small Group Personal Training sessions are a separate membership.

How often can I train?

This depends on your membership/ package. After the28 day trial you can pick a membership for 8,12,16 sessions per month.

Is there open gym hours available?

No we are not a commercial gym, we do not open in between sessions. We are open for our Large Group Training and Small Group Personal Training sessions coaching sessions.

I am only getting back into training, would I be able?

100% yes. All our sessions are easily modified so we can tailor the exercises to suit you. The most important thing is that you get started. We do highly recommend our Small Group Personal Training trial if you're unsure or nervous as it provides a more personalised setting.

 

Do you need to have experience in exercise to start?

Absolutely not, we have all levels of experience and fitness in both our Large Group Training and in our Small Group Personal Training. If you are nervous about starting, book in for a consultation and we can go through the best option for you.

Do I need a consultation to sign up?

For Large Group Training you're more than welcome to sign up and come straight in. For Small Group Personal Training, yes we do require a consultation so we can have a chat about your goals and see if we are a right fit.
